Setting Up Your Advanced & Premium Catalog

1. Catalog Mode Overview

The Advanced and Premium plans allow you to showcase a growing collection of jewelry designs under your branding.

Key Features

• Branded Experience – Customize your catalog with your logo and banner.
• Personalized Catalog – Use a unique subdomain to present products professionally.
• Hidden Pricing – Prices remain hidden for better control over negotiations.
• Ongoing Updates – New designs are added monthly.

Note: For the Advance and Premium plans, your clients have the ability to browse your catalog and send inquiries directly from each product page.

2. Setting Up Your Catalog

Accessing Your Profile Settings

• Click the profile icon in the top right corner.
• In the dropdown:
• Subscription details
• Profile settings
• Order history
• Messages from clients (Premium)
• Select Profile Details to configure your catalog settings.
  
  

Customizing Your Catalog In Profile Details

• Visit your catalog – Preview your showcase.
• Upload your logo and banner for customization.
• Set up catalog passwords for client access.

Note: Your subdomain is assigned automatically. Contact Support for changes.

3. Premium Plan – Your Standalone Catalog Platform

With the Premium Plan, enjoy full back-end access and customization options. Unlike the Advanced Plan, your catalog is hosted on your own domain.

Premium Plan Benefits

• Full customization – Modify layout, logo, and banner.
• Product control – Set pricing, add or remove our designs, or upload your own.
• Standalone domain – Hosted on your personal domain.
• Direct messaging – Communicate directly with your clients through the catalog.
• Payment integration – Enable seamless transactions (e.g., PayPal, Stripe, etc.).

Selecting & Pricing Products

• Select up to 200 jewelry designs from our collection using the Wishlist button found on each product page.
• Once your Wishlist is complete, let us know! Contact Support. We’ll add these designs to your Premium catalog, allowing you to set your own pricing for each.
  
  

Note: Additional designs from our collection can be added later for up to $5 per design. Contact Support

Archived Designs & Updates

Within the catalog’s filter, you can sort designs using various criteria. Some of our designs are tagged as archived and currently lack updated images or 3D viewers but are in the process of being updated.

• Selected designs from our archives that lack updated images or 3D viewers will still be included.
• For urgent updates, please contact us (additional fees may apply).

Setting Up Your Domain

• Provide us with your domain name Contact Support.
• Update your domain provider settings:
• Primary Nameserver: ns1.jewel.center
• Secondary Nameserver: ns2.jewel.center
• Server IP: 85.195.97.170

Managing Your Catalog

The back-end of your Premium catalog runs on CS-Cart, giving you full control over its management. Once your domain name is set up, we will provide you with back-end access to your catalog.

Back-end Features:

• Admin access.
• Product management – Set prices, descriptions, availability, remove or upload designs.
• Customization – Edit content and catalog layout to match your brand.
• Menu organization – Structure categories and navigation.
• Customize pages – Add or modify content.
• Payment integration – Enable seamless transactions (e.g., PayPal, Stripe, etc.).
